Original cloth loose-leaf ring binder, a bit worn and soiled. First and last leaves toned due to acidic endpapers, a few loose-leaf holes in need of reinforcement, but very good. Privately Issued First Edition, published by the authors, preceding the 1914 edition published by the Harvard University Press. Scarce, with only 5 copies recorded in OCLC (U. Illinois, U. Michigan, Washington State U., U. Toronto Group, U. Toronto).
