Softcover. n.p., illus., 12" x 8 3/4" stiff paper covered book with two staple spine, entire book is damp wrinkled, most affected are the first and last pages, wrinkling lessens toward center, first few pages are damp stained (brown, coffee, perhaps?) at top of spine then down the spine approx. 4-5" and out from spine about half-way across top, only about the first 8-10 pages are stained. The first two or three pages are the most affected the further into book the stain lessens. Across the upper quarter of the front cover the damp has flaked off a bit of the upper layer of paper, lightening spots of the color illustrated cover, a couple small spots of this affect also to the back cover. Published for the 12th Anniversary Organization Day, 15 July 1952. At center of the book is the schedule of events, printed across the full single sheet (two pages) .
