Rare limited edition of Jonathan Williams' Lullabies Twisters Gibbers Drags is french fold format with printed parcel paper wraps stapled over newsprint. Designed and printed by Ira J. Newman at Indiana University, 1967, this is copy number 11 of 50, signed by the author and printer. Soft brown cover shows very light rubbing on both front and back. Bottom edge has minor fold from shelving; spine is gently bumped. There are two faint soil markings on the front cover, a soft crease on the top right corner, and a small chip on the fore-edge. Interior pages, illustrated with black and white photos and portraits, are browned with age and lightly toned. There is a pencil marking on the colophon. ; 16mo 6" - 7" tall; Signed by Author .

The Mammoth Consolidated Mining Milling and Smelting Company had a mine located in Golden, in the New Mexico Territory. In the Ortiz Mountains, 33 miles northeast of Albuquerque, Golden was established in 1880 and is a ghost town. The mineral deposits were mostly placer and in about 1880 eastern investors and southwestern politicans formed several mining companies. Date on certificate is Sept 23,1881. Very Good. Color engraving by G.K. Stillman of the Mariposa Grove in Yosemite. Engraving measures 21" x 27" (including margins). Printed by the Times Steam Job Color Press Print. Engraver's imprint in the lower left corner: "G.K. Stillman, Engraver, 4th & Walnut, Cin." No date but likely 1870s or later. This engraving is linen backed and the colors are still bright. There are 7 tears along the margin that measure between 1" - 2 ¼" each, all have been repaired, and there are a handful of smaller tears; minor loss in lower right corner (in the margin) measuring about 1" x ½" in total which has also been repaired; light soiling and foxing in the margin.
