An extra folder has 23 full plate engravings that have been removed, plus 10 maps of continents and nations, Africa being a fold-out. An owner appears to have intended to sell these engraving separately, but included in the maps are two fold-out world maps that are so early that California is still shown as a peninsula - see pictures.
