Los Angeles: Holloway House Publishing Co., 1986. 1986 reissue by the original publisher (first published 1971). Softcover. Very Good+. Pocket-size 4 1/8 x 6 7/8. 3G. A nice copy with no signs of having been read -- no reading creases, no spine creases. Spine not exactly square, but nearly so. This reissue appears to have been printed on acid-free, thick paper, so there is none of the toning or fragility usually associated with pocket paperbacks this old. A little smudging and a small, light pencil markto the fore-edge. Page edges bumped at top corner. Cover still shiny although there is some surface abrasion and minor edgewear, and some cover wear at spine-ends. Bookstore label on back cover.

Seattle, Washington: Atticus Finch, 2009. (NAP). Softcover. Near Fine/Very Good+. Oversize, 7 1/2 x 9. B&W illustrations. 4J. Oversize cord-bound chapbook in gilt dustjacket. Larsen's translation was reissued in 2017 by Wave Books, but this copy is the original Atticus Finch chapbook. Striking artwork is uncredited. A nice copy with firm binding and no marks. Minor cover wear. Gold-tone dustjacket is unclipped, with some wear to extremities, crease at spine and a small scuff on the back panel from a label-lift.

Woodstock, Illinois: Dramatic Publishing, 1996. Softcover. Very Good-. 5 x 7 1/4. 3G. This first American translation premiered at the Cocteau Rep in NYC, 1995. Playscript. BInding tight with uncreased spine. No marks. A solid copy, a little bowed. Small smudge to fore-edge. Cover rubbed and sunned, with some shelf-soil. Bookstore label on back cover.

New York: Harper & Row, Publishers, 1964. Revised and enlarged edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 5 1/2 x 8 1/8. B&W photos and illustrations. 2I. Paper-covered boards with cloth spine, in dustjacket. This is the posthumous edition, with intro by Bobby Kennedy. JFK was working on the revision when he was killed. The book is currently in print in paperback, but that edition does not include the introduction by RFK (it has been replaced there by an introduction by Ted Kennedy). Strong binding and hinges. No marks. Some sunning to covers and endpapers. Small bumps to lower edges, causing tiny breaks in the paper. Slight spine-lean. Small spot on rear pastedown, mirrored on free endpaper. The dustjacket is not price-clipped ($2.95) but the lower front flap corner is clipped. (Does not appear to be a club edition, however.) Denver, Colorado: Denver Museum of Natural History, 1965. Softcover. Fair. 6 x 9. Color photos by the author. 3J. Stapled card covers. I have graded this only "Fair," because there are two cup-rings on the front cover, which have not stained the cover but have left impressions; one of the rings has also mildly affected several of the pages. The binding is good, though, and there are no marks to the text or photos. The covers have wear and creasing.

Tight binding and square, uncreased spine, ***BUT***: coffee (?) stains inside front cover and on first (half-title) page, which also has pencil markings defacing it. A little highlighting on a few pages. Pages water-stained bottom corner. Fore-edge smudged. One page creased. Corners worn. Ugly college bookstore labels spine and back cover. Not a beautiful copy, but functional, if you're not too picky.

A few light marks on page-edges. Unclipped dustjacket also very nice, with just a hint of shelf-soil, and one small, light crease front panel at top edge, else no wear.
