Phaidon, 1948. Hardcover. Book is in nice shape with sharp page corners and very little discoloration to pages. Color plates are nice and bright. Dust jacket is is poor shape though, with a fairly big chunk of the back missing.

1956. Hardcover. This giant book is in great shape with no rips, marks, or folds to the pages. Binding is solid. Dust jacket is clean and shiny and free of wrinkles or tears, except for a sole 2” tear along the front bottom edge, probably from being placed in the slipcover carelessly. There is also some light-related fading along the spine. Plain grey slipcover shows some wear: noticeable spots and fading.

1948. Hardcover. 1948 Ed. Book interior is in good shape, with clean pages free of marks, folds, or tears. Cover shows a a bit of general handling wear. No dust jacket.

1948. Hardcover. Books are in very nice shape, possibly unread, with clean bright pages, free of any tears, marks, or creases. Bindings art tight. Slipcase has a significant dent in the upper right front side, extending along the top edge. Otherwise, the slipcase in in good shape, solid and with just a little wear.

Catalog: Book and dust jacket are fairly solid; jacket shows some general discoloration from age, but is free of rips or creases except for a 1/4" split near top of binding. 1947 Edition. Prints: Book is solid with no rips, marks, or folds to its clean pages and tight binding. Dust jacket has a small amount of general handling wear, and two rips (lower right corner of front and top edge of spine) plus general age-yellowing, especially along the spine.

Phaidon, 1952. Hardcover. 1952 edition book is in very nice shape, with a clean cover, tight binding, sharp corners, and all plates firmly attached. Dust jacket shows some general shelf wear, and has a few small tears along the top edge.

Harry N. Abrams. Paperback. Interior is in nice shape, all plates fully intact and firmly attached to pages. Cover shows a bit of handling wear, and some sunlight fading along the spine.
