The booklet contains recipes for savories and desserts that make use of the company's products, as well as advertisements for the extracts, and three pages describing proper summer and winter diets for children. The book contains a wide variety of recipes, including many with the prefix "My Husband's Favorite," i.e. "My Husband's Favorite Corn Bread." There are also recipes for fromage inconnu, Brazilian cocoanut pudding, and "Black Mammy's Hush Puppy."
