How do I delete an item from BiblioDirector?

To delete an individual item from your BiblioDirector inventory, first go to the item you want to delete.  You will see additional menu options appear at the top of your computer screen when you click on the Items tab in BiblioDirector, and when you go to a specific item page. Those additional menu options include BiblioDirector, Edit, View, Go, Actions, Special, Records, and Help.

Click on the Records menu, then choose Maintenance > Delete current Item. There will be a confirmation step after that.

To remove sold books from your active listings on Biblio, simply mark any unavailable items as sold in BiblioDirector, or change the quantity to zero. Then go to the Uploads tab and use the Send Updates to Biblio button to update the status of those listings in your Biblio inventory.
