What if my shipment is lost in mail?

The bookseller is responsible for ensuring that all books reach their shipping destinations. We are not responsible for books lost in shipment or that are otherwise not received by the customer. In these cases we will refund the customer for the full amount of purchase and the bookseller will not receive payment for that/those item(s).

We strongly recommend that you use some form of insurance or delivery verification when shipping to customers.

I was delighted with my order and your service. The book arrived in time for the occasion that I needed it for. I was thrilled to be able to find an out-of-print copy.
