Measure 4.75" x 7.5", 480, 499, 503 and 485 pages respectively. Bound in publisher's original bindings with vibrant elaborate gilt decorations on the front boards and spines. Top edge gilt with gray endsheets. Illustrated. The books are in very good condition. The gilt decorations are vivid and intact. Some wear to the boards, most noticeable at the extremities and rear boards. Top front corner of volume one is worn to the board underneath. The bindings are sound.
