Stated First American Edition, with no additional printings listed. Mild spotting and rubbing to cloth, mild traces of edge wear to jacket, including a few small closed tears to top edge of rear panel. Light pencil markings to text. The scarce First American Edition and first Sartre title to be published in the United States. Firmly bound, sharp and square. A handsome copy in mylar.
