First published in1992, this copy is a second impression, also from 1992. Hardcover in tan cloth with titling pressed into the spine and the front. Well illustrated with both colour and b&w photos plus drawings, plans, and elevations. Square and firmly bound. Previous owner's name written inside front cover. Minor wear. Dust jacket has edge wear and a small closed tear, but remains complete.

Please note that the colour in our photos often fails to come out right. The hue shifts a bit due to the limitations of our equipment, the lighting in our workshop, and of course my own lack of photographic expertise.
