Small quarto. xi, 252pp. Quarter black cloth and brown printed papercovered boards. Bookplate on the front pastedown, owner signature on the front free endpaper, tape along the top of the front board, boards and spine rubbed and bumped, else very good or better, lacking the dust jacket if issued. Sheet music.
