New York: Simon and Schuster, 1969. First Edition. Hardcover. Good/Very Good. Translated by Athena Gianakas Dallas. Good in a Very Good jacket, unclipped ($7.50), toned from an old laminate. Brown cloth with gilt lettering on the spine and front board. Square and firmly bound with a red top stain, some pencil notes and marginalia throughout. The first English translations of three of Kazantzakis's plays, two based on Ancient Greek legends and the third an imagining of Columbus's voyage.
