About the author

Gordon Haas received his BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design, R.I.S.D., in 1984. Gordon was a freelance illustrator in New York City for nine years before opening his own gallery in 1993 exclusively exhibiting and selling his own work for nearly twenty years. While not painting, Gordon enjoys bicycling with his wife, Christine, along the canals on the beautiful Delaware River. One of Gordon's favorite pastimes is gardening, including tending to his olive and fig trees, making pesto, sun dried tomatoes and Herbs de Provence. He also enjoys sailing and spending time with friends and family.
