Rubbing to surfaces and spine causing dulling of the gold gilt lettering. Color of spine starting to fade from sun exposure. Slight yellowing to the edges of pages from sun. Writing in pen and pencil on the top corners of the front and back free endpapers. Small date sticker on the front pastedown. Title page and first 26 pages have tearing up and down the pages near the gutter. Pages 19-26 have come loose from binding.
