One blank leaf, 3 leaves, 310 pages plus 2 pages of ads at back. Foredges and bottom page edges uncut. Top page edges stained brown. Contents very good or better. Cloth splitting along spine almost entire length of front and couple inches along middle of back. Cover tip worn at one corner. Small red stain approx. 1/2" x 1 1/2" on front cover. Small previous owner's name on flyleaf. Endpages tanned. Spine slightly faded. no jacket..
