Colour-lllustrated frontispiece of the Wallasey Water Tower signed by dedicatee, Civil Engineer, Robert Rawlinson. Includes upwards of 250 woodcut illustrations. Binding in poor condition with missing spine, detached front board with significant wear and staining. Some foxing to the first 45 pages. Plate pages have occasional foxing but remain mostly bright and white. Good condition. Sold "as-is".
