About This Item

Stapled pictorial wraps. Many black/white photographs of early Coral Gables throughout, as well as accompanying text advertising what the new community has to offer. Small mailing stamp to front cover under title, as well as a stain to center of lower edge (see image). Some minor foxing to foredge and wear to rear cover, but otherwise a nice clean copy with no previous owners' names or other defacements. Scarce.
