About This Item
Liveright Publishing Corporation, New York, 1970. Book. Very Good. Cloth. 138 pages. Hardcover, bound in brown cloth covered boards and wrapped in an illustrated paper dustjacket. Jacket is price clipped, with wear to the edges, particularly at the crown and foot, although now encased in a Mylar sleeve. A large brown adhesive label remains neatly, but strangely, pasted to the inside front pastedown, with a bit of spotting to the fore-edge. All that aside, the binding remains tight and solid, with a clean and unmarked interior. Texts in English, including an insightful afterword couple of texts by several of the premier scholars of Stein. Illustrated with duotone reproductions and some vintage photographic images of the author and artist..
