Limited Edition of 4000 - this copy is unnumbered. 370 pages filled with archival photos (sepia & B&W), some colour photos, map end papers & index. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Very slight rubbing to corners & spine ends. Internals fine. Please note that there is no dust jacket included with this copy. Due to weight & size, extra shipping WILL be required outside Ontario.
