Package calls for "Postage 1 1/2 cent without message" Address Box is blank as is the "Greetings from " The Lake Placid in the Adirondacks" description (inside of wrap) lists, a municipally-owned light plant, paved streets water and sewage systems and every convenience among all the other attractions.
