First Edition, matching dates to Title and CR pages. This copy is VG. Exterior is clean, gilt is bright. Edges, tips, and spine ends with modest/moderate rubbing. Small chip and a 1/2 " closed tear at front top spine hinge. Brown coated EPs. Neat PO signature on FFEP dated 1889. Text is unmarked, crisp and tight. Very Nice..
