Routledge, 2003. Hardback. Good. Good condition. Ex library book. There are scuffs and dents to the edges and corners of the cover with stickers on the spine and a stamp on the top page edge. There are stamps and stickers on the inside front and back covers as well as the front matter but otherwise in very good condition with pages crisp and clean.
