VG/Good-VG. 12.5 Cm x 19 .0 Cm. f/piece+95, 13 further ills + a chart, mostly on unpaginated photoplates, final plate photos misnumbered as 12, 13 because Illustrations list numbers chart as 12 but it is actually unnumbered; internally very good being clean, tight and unmarked, covers generally clean bright and unworn, but some cryptic small dark spots here and there of little consequence; unclipped illustrated jacket has a few minoir nicks and faint dustiness to back, will add protective sleeve when ordered. A very serviceable copy of this classic study of the Indian feral girl Kamala, simultaneously published in the US and UK the previous year. Note: quoted shipping rates are calculated for 500-700 gram net weight, cost will be modified up or down as appropriate outside this range.
