Lester del Rey (1915-1993) began publishing in the "Golden Age" of pulp science fiction; he was named as a Grand Master by the Science Fiction Writers of America in 1990. This is a Near Fine copy of the First American Edition (stated), which precedes the English. Bright yellow/orange paper-covered boards with black lettering. Clean text; 191 pages. Hint of a bump and the FFEP has been clipped; else a Fine copy. The dustjacket has just the tiniest bit of edgewear, also else Fine; in an archival plastic protector. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. First American Edition.. Hard Cover. Near Fine/Near Fine.
